How do I use the whipped body soap?

Scoop a small amount and apply directly to damp skin, wash cloth or loofa. Massage into a rich lather and rinse thoroughly. It's like a celestial cleanse for your body!

Will the lotion feel greasy on my skin?

Not at all! Our lotion absorbs quickly, leaving your skin feeling soft and silky, like moonlight against your skin.

Do the scents last all day?

Our products are designed to deliver a subtle, long-lasting fragrance. For an extra boost, layer the body spray with the matching lotion or whipped soap.

What comes in each Lunar Luxe Subscription box?

Each box is carefully curated with a mix of our handmade skincare essentials and home care products - like whipped soaps, lotions, body butters, sugar scrubs, room + linen sprays, mop soap, etc. Each month, you'll discover new scents and themes that are exclusive to subscribers. Extra goodies are included in every box.

How often will I receive my box?

Our subscription boxes are monthly. Boxes ship on the 1st of the following month.

Do the boxes change every month?

Yes! Each box is thoughtfully designed with new scents and themes that are exclusive to our subscribers, so you won't find them anywhere else on the site.

When will I be billed for my subscription?

Your first payment is charged at checkout. After that, you'll be billed automatically on the same date each month unless you cancel your subscription.

Can I pause or skip a month?

We do not currently offer the option to pause or skip a month, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and resubscribe at any time.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Absolutely. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date through the online Client Club, which can be found here: Client Club

Can I gift a subscription to someone else?

Yes! You can purchase a subscription for someone else. Just enter their name and shipping info at checkout, and we'll take care of the rest.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is included in the price of the subscription! Make sure you always choose the "Subscription Box" shipping option at checkout to receive free shipping.

Can I choose which scents I get?

No. Each box is curated around an exclusive, subscriber-only theme. Since we know that scents are very personal, sneak peeks of the themes and products that will be included in each box are posted in our VIP group on Facebook each month.

Can I return or exchange a box?

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns on subscription boxes. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days so we can make it right.

At the moment, we ship across the U.S., but are working to expand our reach to bring our cosmic creations worldwide!

Orders typically ship within 10 - 15 business days. You’ll be notified when your order is on its way to you.

What if my product arrives damaged?

A: Oh no! If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll send a replacement or offer a solution as quickly as a shooting star.

What is your current turn around time (TAT)?

Our current turn around time (TAT) is 10-15 business days, not including holidays or weekends. However, we pride ourselves in having an excellent turn around time and getting your orders out much sooner!
